Various events

A few interesting stuff happened through the week from the last time i wrote my last post.

Lets start

The Friday before last Friday, I had sort of and reunion lunch with my year 1 classmates. Around half of my year 1 classmates went to jurong point to have lunch at pizza hut. It was really fun and had lots of laughter. Missed those days where we were in class laming around and joking. Playing with cameras and videos. Missed all the cold jokes that one of my classmate would make and the gay stuff the other classmate do and another who can imitate others real well. Well they are the guys in class and the rest of them too who makes my class a special one to me. So it was really fun, hope to have something like this again next time.

Later that night, I went to campus publication meeting. From that meeting, i realise something, that i am starting to serve already. It's amazing how god works, all I wanted when I first join was to only learn more on photography, or well the technical stuff. But it seems like I end up serving, and I am real happy about it. I can now go around taking photos legally haha.

So comes Saturday where campus became very high. There was jumping, dancing and so on. It was like crazy or something. The message was good too even though i can't really remember much except something like condemnation or something. Then stayed with coach Han until quite late that day too as we listen to him on relationship. Got me thinking for awhile.

Then its Sunday, i went around to take photos of people from campus that are queuing up for the main service. It was quite fun.

Then came Wednesday, school had this poly 50 thing. It’s a race where a group of 10 each will run 50 rounds relay type of race. I was asked to go helped last min to refill water so can give water to our MIT runners. I tried to make myself useful cause I see that the runners are really tired. Keep refilling and giving water to them. Well I though I was doing something very small. The next day I met up with some of the runners, then they thanked me for helping giving them drink. It was then I realise, that even just doing small things like this I am already helping a lot. Then I though it’s the same for me serving in campus, even though it’s only taking photos, but it’s also great.

So came Friday, before that I was a little sick, but I was healed, praise god man. Still have a little flu though, but praise god still. Anyway, Friday I found this book call mastering your digital SLR. Praise god for that, its something that I always needed, to know more on the technical as well as the photography side of the camera. Am i writing this correctly? Well whoever is reading you get what I am saying right, so never mind. Then i also borrowed the book boymeetsgirl from a friend. Always wanted to read this book and now i got it, god is good :) Had caregroup at that day too at night, a new guy joined us, from business, so I might be seeing him quite a lot I guess.

Then Saturday again, got the news that one of the guys in the gang is leaving to Australia to study Uni, so we would not be seeing him a lot for the next 4 years. Well a great guy, a fellow Indonesian and his leaving us, only back during his holidays I guess. We went out to hang out with him. Oh before this on that day, went with N to buy a NDSL plus various gears along so he can have more fun with it. So back again, we went to around cityhall area where we usually go. Walk around eat, play and so on till quite late to me at least, cause I cause the last train home. Think this coming Tuesday I will go and see him off at the airport, will miss a great friend like him.

So finally today, Sunday. Just as i forgot to message my brother to ask if he wants to go church together, he asked me in the morning what time I was going to church and said he wanted to go 4th service. I was overjoyed that he wanted to go man. Really man, just rest in god and he will do all the work for you. Isn’t it great that this is our god that do things in amazing ways. Well he did not go in the end, most probably because he wanted to sleep more or something, but it’s alright, I shall not worry about this cause he god will take care of it for me. Well service was good, erm once again, I don't know how to write about the message preach today mostly due to because I feel asleep for awhile during service and also I forgot what it was about except something like have Jesus in the center of everything or something like that.

Oh then erm I pray for favour with all the people around me especially lecturers and a certain someone hahaha.......

So that’s all for this entry got to be busy with assignments.
