Alot happened

A lot have happened since the last time i wrote my last entry. I have forgotten a lot of things that had happened for the pass days. So for the time being i will write down whatever i remember for the pass few days.

So first thing i remember is, i brought a guy which i got from survey to the place i work. After talking to him for awhile, i found out his also a new creation church member. Well well, what a surprise for me. So i got a new friend now, hahaz it’s really fun to know people that goes the same church.

Talking about survey, when i was doing surveys, i found out something. The people around suntec are a lot better then people walking around orchard. I was standing near the escalator and asked people who goes up or down it. Quite a few helped me wrote the surveys. But a orchard, i walk up and down the street, asking a lot more people, and i ended up using more time, but lesser surveys done.

So the next thing i can remember is the MIT club outing i went. Went to watch DORM with a few friends from club before going to pasir ris for the BBQ which is the outing. DORM was not very scary, the story is about a guy who went to a boarding school, then he met a ghost and became friends with it. Anyway, went to pasir ris, and when going to the pit, we got walk the wrong direction and went to the other end of the beach. So, we walk all the way back to almost the other end of the beach. The rest of the people already started cooking. Soon it was dark and time pass by very fast. A few of us was a little bored and went to the nearby whatever it is to get a drink. So there i had my first bottle of Heineken. All i could say is, it felt bitter and gassy. Well i only had one bottle, so did not get drunk or anything. For now i still don't understand why people like to drink beer. Then we went back and had a lot of other fun as well.

The next thing i can remember is getting my results. It was very bad. One of the worse i ever get. I passed everything but OPSY, which is a F up paper. Now i hope i can take all the new modules plus OPSY. I do not want to be an off syn student the next semester.

So lastly, i went for a friend's chalet. It was erm to tell the truth, not very fun for me. Well, i at least got to learn how to cook a little things. Not very good yet, but i am going to learn from that friend of mine. In that chalet, i only knew 8 people, out of that, only 4 i'm sort of closer to. One went back first cause she can't stay over. Soon later it was around 12 or 1, 2 of them plus me went to walk around. Had a sort of night walk around the area. Then later, after some walking, we went to mac to get a drink and started playing true or dare. Well it was true all the way and no dare. So in that game, we know a lot of secret of each other. Well not going to say anything out cause its a promise only we will know it. Then later went back at around 5, after the rain. After we went back, i slept soon with another. Then at around 6.30, i woke up, and at around 7, the 3 of us decided to go back home. Since we all live around the east, we went back together.

So that’s all i remember for what happened for the pass few days.

Persistence

Yes as the title says, persistence. Thats what i have been learning about through my work. Not be afraid of failure, which is also one thing i have learned. There are many values that i have learn while working in my current job. Most importantly is persistence. Despite how many failure you encounter, you have to persist and one day you will be successful. Well it is easy to say, but it is really difficult to do. There are many times where after a failure, we will all be very DOWN; but we must keep trying again and again, cause we never know that the next one will be a success, or even better, the coming ones are all a success. Well having said so much, i really start to like this company, it sort of force me to think more mature and also work harder. Well i don't know if i have said this before, but in there i also learn alot of other skills too. So thats all of today.

Going back to bread shop

Went back to help out at my mom's bread shop yesterday. There was not enough people, so i had to go help. It was still the same, stand there, wait for people to come, then help them and sell them bread. Well there are some new things like we also start to sell drinks, and its damn cheap. Anyway, i used to work there almost everyday last year, so some of the aunty and uncle knows me there. One of the aunty came over and ask how i was and told me that she very long never see me. I never tell them that my mom is the one that open that shop, so only told them i just work part time there. Anyway it felt really nice that there are people who acctually remembers me. Anyway, it was fun even though its just standing there. So thats all i guess.

Having own care group, asking her out

It have been afew days that i have not been writing here. In this few days, alot of things happened.

Lets start on Friday. I went to sentosa with the club people. Sort of tricked to go, cause i though it was compulsory. Well it was still fun, just got sunburn, and now my back skin is starting to peel liao. It is freaking disgusting.

So came Saturday. That day, i went to find my care group that i was assigned to. Went to sign up for campus ministry on the Sunday before. Wanted to have a look how other are doing in church. Anway, campus was fun, the group i was in had my classmates friend there. And the person in charge of my group is one of the lead singer. Had a great time there, listening to all the things, and learning it.

Then came Sunday. After church, went to IT fair and then went to work. Well Sunday was not a very interesting day.

Then Monday, not much, just went to watch movie with the guys. Was suppose to meet my care group people, but they forgot to inform me the change of location, so in the end i did not go find them.

Then comes today, or should i say Tuesday since i am writing this on Wednesday 3am plus. As usual, went to work and came home, wasted another time not making any appointment. Getting closer to my committement date, hope i can do it by then, or else i will have to go cut crew cut.

Not the main point of it anyway. Went home and after some time starting at the com screen, saw Miss Toh came online. So i started chatted with her, and who knows this chat lasted for 2 hours. It all started by me trying to get her to come down to the company's office to have a look, then go me trying to ask her out, and then finally giving up. So i spent 2 hours talk to her trying to ask her out, but i failed. People might say i'm wasting my time, but no i'm not. From the day i work in this company, i learnt alot. Every failure indeed have something to learn from it. At the least i learn alot about her from that conversation.

Then as i am typing this, i remembered something which i should have do, but never do. That is to put all my cares on God. Don't try with your own strength, but let God help you. Erm something like that la. Basically it is to let god help you and not care so much about it. I have been using my own strength and knowledge to do what i want to do and get. That is all wrong, i forgot that all i need to do is to put whatever i care about in him. He would help me through everything. I might not know how he is going to do it, but i know he will help me, and so i should not worry so much and think so much. Ok thats all for today i guess. I wonder why i like her sia, its so strange, i want to give up, but i also don't want to hahahahahaz.

Work

It seems like i still have some time to acctually write some stuff in here.

Well the pass few days have been work work and work. It is fun working in this new enviroment. Did not regret much that i worked in there. Everyone is friendly, nice, and erm helpfull. Listen to alot of interesting stories. Know alot of new friends there, maybe now not so click with them, but next time after i spend longer time there. I think i would continue to work at this part time job for some time. Well have really nothing much to say so erm thats all i guess.

I think i should write abit here now that i have some time.

For this post, i would want to really thanks all the guys. Sorry i made you all worry so much, and also thanks that you all helped me so much. I did not really expect to have this kind of respond, was really very touched, wanted to cry that time, now too acctually. Anyway, now i am not able to explain the situation, i promise that when its over, i will tell you all. For now, don't worry too much, as i have said, i just got a job, and i will work hard in this job and come out with results. Guess i cannot slack like i did in the pass anymore.Once again, thank you to all of you even if you did not to anything, the thoughts counts too. I was really deeply moved. It seems like i have been repeating myself, but this is someting i can't write all out in words.

Well, will not be updating any post for this month i guess, have to work really hard now. Maybe once in a while when there is any thing that i want to tell everyone and when i'm free. So thats all.

Exams over, new job, long day .....

Ok this entry might be alittle long so beware lolz.

OK exams are ofically over. My NETF and java test really are not good. NETF i studied over night and still i can't remember the things i need to. Java, think i was alittle over confindence and so studied a little, but i only 2 parts of the question that i did not do. The rest i was still able to do, correct or not i'm not sure hahaz.

So after my java test on Friday, my class had a outing. Well can't really say the class, cause half of them went to play lan and did not join us. Went to IMM to had lunch with our PT(personal tutor), a little strange though, we had to eat at a foodcourt. After that we went to play bowling and other stuff.

During the lunch, i overheard some of my classmate already having a job, so i asked about it and decided to go and have a look. That very day, i followed them to their working place, listen to how the company works and everything. It was very interesting and it is a very good learning experience i guess. So on that day i joined the company and become one of them. People there are all very friendly and all around my age. Thats very good, now i'm hoping to learn, earn, and have fun there.

Had a very long day on Saturday. Woke up and went to the company for some stuff to do there. Learn a few stuff there which are helpful and know a few more people. Soon after, i went to botanic garden at around 4. Wanted to take some pictures on the theme "Health and Vitality" for The Commonwealth Challenge. It have been some time since i last went there, or should i say, the last time i went there was with my primary school. It was very different from what i remembered. The scenery was very nice, did not expect to be like that. Walk around, almost the whole place and took alot of pictures. I think it is because is a Saturday, there where alot of people. Well not to the extend till its all crowded, but still alot then expected. Think i could not really find and picture that i have taken suitable for the theme, but i still have one more day before the submitting of the photo, also i have hundreds of photo in my lappy to choose from anyway.

After walking around for 1hr or so, i walk from one end to other and ended up at bukit timah road. At there, my mom called and asks me if i wan to go have dinner with her and a friend of her. It was actually me that called that friend of her. Cause she went to the same church that i go to, so i called to ask some stuff about church. So they decided to have dinner together to catch up on stuff. I went along, she brought her daughter along too. Her daughter has not change much from the last time i saw her. Still the same face and also still so friendly with the mother. The changes i see i think is well she has ****** now, yes i am a guy so i notice, wear braces now and i think lastly maybe taller? Well she is 5 years younger, so to me she is always short all the time. Never had i talked to her last time, but now i talked abit to her, you know trying to be sociable, a big brother kind of guy hahaz. It was what i always wanted to do lolz. So we went to a restaurant that my brother is working at. Looking at him doing his work, in my heart i sort of felt happy for him. Pray that he will be able to work well and stuff. Well after dinner, my mom sends them home and then we went home too.

It was a long day today, learn alot and know alot. So thats all of now.

Studying through the night

As i am studying now, i felt really bored and so decided to do this entry to rest for awhile. As you can see i am writing this at around 4.40am.

Today was not much of a happening day. Well i decided to go mac at parkway parade to study after i woke up at around 11. Took my bike and cycle to there. On the way at around Tao Nan primary school, i meet BloodSHED and her friend. Actually i was stopped by her, if she did not wave, i think i might have just gone passed. So she said she was going to the same place and so had a small little race while she take bus and i cycle. Well obviously for only a 2 or 3 bus stop, i reached there first. Parked my bike, find a seat in mac and had my lunch there. As i ate, i took out my book and started reading. It was damn boring reading, especially now that my mp3 spoil, there was no music other then the radio that is playing there. No friends were around with me to study too.

After around 2 hours or so, i felt really sleepy, decided that i would go home then. Packed my back and started riding back. Stopped at the library on the way and wanted to study there, but then i felt really tired so ride all the way home from there. Guess i really cannot study alone, first it is damn boring with no one to talk to as time goes by, second there is no motivation, last time there was N, he would really study, and so i would study too.

Reached home and had a small sleep. Well that small sleep was quite long, woke up at around 7. Then i watched TV and at the same time continue reading.

So to make up for the time i slept in the afternoon, i decided to study through the whole night till morning. Decided i would take bus 14 to school in the morning and so sleep during the bus ride. Then upon reaching school, i would study till the exam time comes which is at 6pm. So i should have plenty of time to study all the things i need to study. Well pray to god that i can remember everything and all my plans goes well. HAHAZ
